When I buy a house, do I automatically own all items the previous owner failed to remove from the property?

1) You will not be able to change the locks until their items are removed.
2) I strongly recommend everything to be photographed and video taped.
Maybe = Yes, if you had the closing and it includes everything left behind.
Really? Seriously? For the next 4 and some hours, they tried to get the guy to get down from the roof! Eventually the Deputy who came from via the backyard, tried to sneak up from behind, apparently he heard him coming and he went up to the 2nd story and THREATENED TO JUMP! Stalled again for another hour and so, no idea what happened but he JUMPED and seriously injuring himself. He landed on the concrete double tiered water fountain / bird bath! He then said âthey couldnât arrest him now, because HE was going to sue!â
They listed to them, then they walked up to me (I wouldnât let them in, spoke through the window). The Deputy said âHe could arrest me on theft if I refuse to allow them to remove their belongings!â I had already made a copy of the closing and blew it up so the DAY, DATE, TIME had expired. I was trying to tell them that they called me so many times making excuses (I had recordings, they heard it through the window). Then the guy and his wife began yelling and screaming that âIâ altered the date! Since I told the Deputies it was Public Record, they had their Dispatcher call to read it out to them. Sure enough, it was the exact date and I did not alter anything.
2) They make more excuses than a snail and constantly delaying! (Thereâs no reason why you should go this far, if it does, give them a 24 hour notice and if they fail to show up, you can keep or put out in the edge of the road for âFREEâ or donate to charity.)
What is it like to use a Fleshlight?
Maybe = NO, if the previous owners stated they have their stuff in the house because:
1) Commercial Business, had three extra large (commercial) Refrigerator and 2 extra large (commercial) freezers. They had 10 days to remove it. On the 7th day, I phoned them to give them a 3 day warning. On the 9th day, I gave them a one night warning! On the deadline date, until after midnight, they didnât come and get it. They waited until 16 days later to come and pick it up (but it was already in use), they went so far to call the Police and tried to get me arrested for âtheftâ. The Cop read the closing statement and they rambled on and on why they couldnât pick it up because their ânewâ location wasnât ready yet. (SO?) The Officer tried to tell them - âYou could have picked them up and put them in a storage or in your garage temporarily.â They didnât like the response and they filed a âlawsuitâ against me (and lost!)
MAYBE!

4) Moverâs delay. (Please be patient! Things do happen.)
As for the new property they had purchased? Well, that went into foreclosure (they never made any payments to the Mortgage!)
From my experience. Iâve bought properties (Commercial and Residential) that contained items that were scheduled to be picked up:
Bicycling tied to reduced dementia risk and greater hippocampal volume retention - Medical Xpress
Nooooooooooo, they wanted me arrested! The Officer then told them âYou have 5 seconds to get your feet off this property and get your (bleep) out of my sight before I change my mind!â The woman was far more mouthy with a bad attitude than the guy was, both were livid and furious! In fact after he had given them the 5 second rule, SHE went and yanked my mailbox off darting between Deputies who were trying to stop her and she hurled the mailbox through the front window and she was immediately arrested! Since his wife had distracted them, the guy went over and grabbed his neighborâs ladder and went up on my roof (taking the ladder with him). He was NOT going to move, until they released his wife and their stuff was in the truck!
::: FACE PALM:::
They begged and they pleaded! I stepped outside, I had the Charity receipts in my hand. I told the other Deputy, they kept calling me 2â3 times a day and night, daily. But yet, would not permit me to respond, they said what they had to say and hung up. I told the Deputy, I had to put OUR stuff in the storage to wait for them, once that day came and went, WE had to pile it up in the garage, and 3 days later, I phoned several Charities and this is the photo, the list of items where it all went!
Why is the band Nickelback unliked so much?
Moving Company would not arrive until xx/xx/xxxx or they wonât be able to rent a Rental Truck to move until xx/xx/xxxx.
A) YES - it would be yours if the xx/xx/xxxx had came and went and you had contacted them to remove their stuff out by xx/xx/xxxx
His wife was arrested and charged accordingly, and HE was now a felon, disabled (he injured his right leg so badly that they couldnât save it - not sure why), and as for the lawyer. No lawyer would take up their case, so his wife filed a lawsuit and represented for themselves! She was suing me for $100,000 for their property âstolenâ from them, and plus $500,000.00 for âinjuries and disability upon her husbandâ!
The Ranking Officer wanted to see all originals from me, I provided it, it was more than sufficient and ample proof. He gave them the final warning, THEY WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR ITEMS, IT SURPASSED THE DEADLINE DATE, THEIR ITEMS ARE NOW ALL IN CHARITY AGENCIES, IF THEY WANTED THEIR ITEMS BACK, THEY CAN GO TO XXX, XXX, AND XXX (3 Charities) AND BUY THEM BACK!
MAYBE = YES & NO Their new location was not finished (SEE A & B), at the closing, the date/day/and time should be compounded into the closing.
They lost big time, in fact the Judge was so angry, that not only did he throw the case out, he also ordered the Restitution, since her husband damaged a $15,000 water fountain that could not be repaired!
What should I do to get over a relationship?
They tried and tried to force their way in! I had already told them via the window that their stuff was gone! They were furious! I had to call the Sheriffâs Deputies out. They actually saw him trying to kick the door down, and they told him to stop (yeah, he damaged the front door) and an argument ensued.
1) Try to work something out such as recommending them to acquire a storage facility to put their belongings in.
2) Residential properties that had belongings in, overall, pretty much everyone got all their stuff out before the deadline date. But a couple of them kept calling me 2â3 times a day, with piles of excuses. Yes, I warned them their deadline was coming up, I strongly recommended they find a temporary storage unit. Nope, they continued to call. Until a month and half later (7 weeks past their due date), they showed up with a extra large rental Box truck. I kept the doors locked and garage door locked.
No matter what, they wanted ME arrested for theft! The Deputies told them repetitiously âTHEY CANNOT AND WILL NOT ARREST ME.â Finally a Ranking Officer showed up, the Deputies were about to issue a trespass warning and make them move off, but they were constantly yelling and screaming and demands for me to be arrested (it was my property and I was the one who bought it).
B) NO - if the agreement states you are willing to wait 30 days for them to pick up and remove their belongings.
3) Yes, they can wait until the very last day to move their stuff out!
